Anonymous analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a European, privacy-first analytics tool: no cookies, no individual identifiers, no cross-site tracking. We know how many people visit each page and from which country — never who you are. Your IP address is not stored. Because this measurement is anonymous, no consent is required from you.
When you contact us
If you write to us (hello@agencemerlin.com) or call, we receive what you choose to share: your name, your contact details, the content of your message. If you book a diagnostic via Cal.com, we receive your name, e-mail and your answers to the booking form.
This information is used to reply to you, prepare the meeting and follow up on our exchanges — nothing else. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in answering people who reach out. No automatic newsletter sign-up, no cold-outreach chains.
What we never do

Who processes data for us
A few providers are technically involved, each bound by GDPR compliance commitments: DigitalOcean for site hosting (server in Amsterdam, European Union), Plausible for analytics (EU-hosted), Cal.com for meeting bookings, Google Fonts for fonts, and our e-mail provider.
How long we keep things
Analytics are aggregated and contain no personal data. E-mail exchanges are kept for the duration of our relationship, then at most three years after the last contact before deletion. Cal.com bookings follow that service's retention policy, alongside our calendar.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and request restriction or portability. Write to hello@agencemerlin.com — we reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
