How much does an AI agent cost?
A custom AI agent costs between €4,000 and €20,000 depending on scope. A first automation runs between €1,500 and €8,000, and a chatbot with document retrieval (RAG) between €4,000 and €20,000. All our ranges are published in the Pricing section of this page; every project is quoted as a fixed price after the audit.
Are there public grants to help finance an AI project?
Yes. French public schemes such as Bpifrance and France Num offer support and funding programs for SME digitalization and AI: diagnostics, grants or loans depending on your size, region and project. These schemes change regularly; we review them together during the free diagnostic and point you to the ones you are eligible for.

What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that performs tasks with supervised autonomy inside your tools. Its role: reading an e-mail, qualifying a request, preparing a reply or a quote. Example: an agent that sorts inbound e-mail, answers the simple requests and hands the rest to the right person.
What is process automation?
It means handing the repetitive steps of a workflow over to software: data entry, sorting, follow-ups, reconciliations. Example: an invoice received by e-mail is extracted, checked, recorded in the accounting tool, then a reminder goes out if payment is late. With AI, we also automate steps that used to require a bit of judgment, such as qualifying a request.
How long does it take to deploy an automation?
A first automation ships in a few weeks. For a first AI agent, our method goes from audit to production in about six weeks; a complex agent or a chatbot can take up to eight weeks depending on the tools to connect.
Will AI replace my teams?
No. AI takes over the repetitive tasks (sorting, data entry, reminders) and your teams keep the decisions. Every agent we deploy runs under human supervision: it prepares, you approve.
Is my data sent to OpenAI or Google?
It depends on architecture choices, and you make them. We can host your automations on your servers (n8n self-hosted) and use European or open-source models whenever possible. Nothing leaves without your decision.
Do we need to change our tools?
