AI training for your teams: workshops on your tools and your real cases.

Merlin trains your teams in-company, on your premises or remotely. No standard deck rolled out on a projector: workshops built on your processes, your documents and your tools, at €1,000 per day.

The approach

Training that starts from your daily work, not from a generic deck.

AI training is useless if everyone returns to their habits the following Monday. Ours is designed so the new reflexes stick: we work on your cases, with your tools, and something useful remains.

On your real cases

Exercises start from your documents, your typical e-mails, your processes: every participant leaves with practices they can apply the next day at their own desk.

Adjusted to each audience

Executives who need to frame and prioritize, teams who will use AI daily: the program, pace and examples change with the group. No technical prerequisites.

Practice first

Most of the time is spent hands-on: writing prompts that hold up, testing the models' limits, learning what to hand to AI and what to keep to yourself.

A deliverable that stays

Validated prompts, an internal usage reference, rules on sensitive data: the training leaves a reference document your teams keep enriching afterwards.

Formats

The training sessions we run most often.

01

Executive briefings

Understand what AI changes in your industry, what is mature and what is not, and leave with a grid to prioritize your own use cases.

02

Getting started with AI tools

Using general-purpose AI assistants at work: phrasing effective requests, checking answers, knowing the limits and the data never to share.

03

Job-specific workshops

Sales, support, HR, administration: each team works on its own cases, with the tools it already uses, and leaves with validated practices.

04

Best practices and usage guidelines

Sensitive data, GDPR, what goes into an AI assistant and what does not: enough to frame the usage without banning it.

05

n8n training

Hands-on onboarding of the tool and the workflows deployed in your company, to drive and evolve your automations without us. Detailed on the n8n agency page.

06

Follow-up after the training

A check-in a few weeks later to anchor the practices: accumulated questions, new cases, reference update. That is when training becomes habit.

Pricing

How much does AI training cost? Our rate, public.

The same rate as on our general price list, because a provider that hides its prices wastes your time.

Merlin's training rates
30-min diagnosticFree
AI training (in-company)€1,000 / day
n8n training (in-company)€1,000 / day
Production supportfrom €300 / month

The price covers preparation on your real cases. What varies: the number of days depending on the program and the number of teams to train.

In-company only, on your premises or remotely. The French CPF does not apply; for OPCO coverage, we review it during the diagnostic.

Method

From framing to new reflexes, in four steps.

Step 01

Framing

A preliminary interview to identify the audiences, levels, tools in place and cases to cover. That is what shapes the program.

Step 02

Preparation

Workshops are built on your real documents and processes: every exercise looks like yesterday's work, not a textbook case.

Step 03

Training

Short, hands-on sessions, on your premises or remotely. Participants try, fail, retry: that is how reflexes settle in.

Step 04

Follow-up

The usage reference is handed over, then a follow-up session anchors the practices a few weeks later: questions, new cases, next steps.

Training often extends a deployment: your teams take over the AI agents and automations installed in your company.

FAQ

Your questions about training: price, audiences, funding.

How much does AI training cost?

€1,000 per training day, in-company, on your premises or remotely. The price covers preparation on your real cases: what varies is the number of days depending on the program and the number of teams to train. The rate is published in the Pricing section.

Who is the training for?

Executives and managers who need to frame and prioritize, as well as the teams who will use AI daily: sales, support, HR, administration, technical. Programs are adjusted to each group's level and job.

Do participants need technical skills?

No. The workshops start from your actual work, not from the technology: participants handle the tools on their own cases, and the necessary notions (prompts, model limits, sensitive data) are introduced through practice.

Is the training eligible for public funding?

The French CPF does not apply: it funds individual training, and we work in-company. For coverage by your OPCO, which depends on certification criteria and your industry branch, we give you a straight answer during the diagnostic.

Can the training take place remotely?

Yes, on your premises or by video call, as you prefer. Hands-on workshops work well in both formats; for large groups, in-person remains more effective.

Do you train teams on n8n?

Yes. The n8n training covers the tool and the workflows deployed in your company, so your teams can drive and evolve their automations without us. Details are on our n8n agency page.
